SAISHA MANCHANDA neither offers exchanges nor refunds for any item. Each piece is designed to meet the customer’s preferences and size. Once the order is placed, it cannot be returned.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within
24 hours of delivery.

• Email us with clear photographs showing the damage.
• The photographs will help us assess the issue.
• After verification, we will arrange a repair for the damaged item.
• Damaged products are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
